Reena previously worked at Morgan Stanley in New York and London, in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets divisions, where she structured a wide range of financial transactions, focusing primarily on the technology industry. Reena also was part of the management team of an energy startup recognized on the Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies. She was directly responsible for product and market development, and managed all technology development. Reena holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics-Mathematics from Columbia University.
Andy previously managed various initiatives at Microsoft in the PowerPoint, Windows and Digital Media Divisions and was responsible for delivering new technology to external companies. Andy also was a member of the Corporate Executive Team at BMG Music Publishing where he successfully led post Sony-BMG merger activities, managed operational cost reduction initiatives and was responsible for pricing and deal term structures for acquisitions worldwide. Andy holds an MS and BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, where he was a Hopkins Scholar. He also has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Alpana has extensive experience managing large teams, complex processes and offshore relationships. She previously worked with Citigroup where she managed the back office processing team. She also worked at IBM-Daksh leading teams in IT technical processes and online support functions, for offshore locations. She was a part of the senior management team at Indotrade Corp, which is a multinational trade organization operating primarily in the U.S. market exporting from India and China. Her most recent position was with a start-up organization dealing in media based reciprocal trade where she was responsible for setting up the Operations department. Alpana is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Commerce from Delhi University.
Brent previously worked at Kinsman Capital, LLC, a private equity fund, where he managed deal flow, conducted due diligence and provided strategic direction to portfolio companies. He currently sits on the board of a Kinsman Capital portfolio company. Brent also founded and ran a weekly newspaper, The Mountainview, which he sold in 1997. Brent earned a BA from Middlebury College, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has been accepted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey.
